Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
- Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days
- Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays NeatNest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damage in Transit If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
